Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- 15-20 years of experience in data center design
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in APAC or global project management
Responsibilities
- Oversee design process for data centers
- Manage technical leadership across engineering domains
- Develop organizational capability and mentor teams
- Establish design standards and frameworks
- Govern project capital planning and budgeting
- Align stakeholders for project execution
- Provide oversight during construction and commissioning
