Core Requirements

8–12 years of experience in Agile delivery
Experience with System, HW, SW, Security, Integration, Validation, and Certification
Ability to manage project execution
Proficient in product delivery management
Leadership skills in a multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities

Own delivery for multiple product families and ensure release readiness.
Co-own hardware and software roadmaps with product management.
Maintain ALM traceability and conformance to standards.
Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to launch.
Engage with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Integrate hardware and software requirements for successful delivery.
