- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships at the CXO level
- Ensure high-quality delivery of IT services and solutions
- Own account profitability and financial success
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead governance forums and provide delivery performance reporting
- Mentor Technology Delivery Managers and foster team growth
