Responsibilities
- Monitor CENTREON/User-Defined metrics
- Provide technical support for monitoring performance
- Maintain documentation for monitoring tools
- Implement updates for monitoring systems
- Develop alerting and reporting capabilities
- Create user accounts and assign security levels
- Follow established policies and recommend enhancements
