Core Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in data engineering
- Strong architecture experience on AWS
- Proven leadership of engineering teams
- Experience with Snowflake and data orchestration tools
- Familiarity with machine learning integration
Responsibilities
- Lead a hybrid team of data engineers and stewards.
- Oversee design and optimization of ELT/ETL pipelines.
- Implement data quality monitoring and remediation workflows.
- Manage daily pipeline operations and production issues.
- Set engineering standards for observability and CI/CD.
- Curate trusted datasets for self-service analytics.
- Collaborate with BI and business teams for data solutions.
