Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Spark
- Ability to lead technical efforts and mentor junior engineers
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines on Alibaba Cloud
- Integrate data from multiple systems into a centralized data warehouse
- Optimize and monitor data pipelines for performance
- Develop and manage big data warehouses using Hologres and MaxCompute
- Establish data validation and quality assurance practices
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for data governance and compliance
