Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Coordinate activities for on-time delivery
- Supervise compliance with SOPs
- Report operational issues to management
- Align operations with customer expectations
- Develop work programs to meet targets
- Monitor team performance and provide insights
- Prepare operational performance reports
- Participate in performance reviews
- Conduct team performance evaluations
