Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and policies.
  • Assist with issue resolution and student onboarding.
  • Generate references from existing students.
  • Manage the re-admission process for students.
  • Counsel students for course upgrades.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely closures.
