Core Requirements
- At least 1 year of email/chat support experience
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- High degree of professional ethics
- Understanding of American consumer mentality
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via chat and email
- Attend to billing concerns and disputes
- Handle inbound and outbound subscription calls
- Maintain adherence to email SOP and KPIs
- Provide assistance during night shifts
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers
