Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Attend to billing concerns and disputes
  • Handle inbound and outbound subscription calls
  • Maintain adherence to email SOP and KPIs
  • Provide assistance during night shifts
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers
