Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via chat and email
Attend to billing concerns and disputes
Handle inbound and outbound subscription calls
Maintain adherence to email SOP and KPIs
Provide assistance during night shifts
Resolve customer issues efficiently
Engage in meaningful conversations with customers
