- Experience in event planning
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients
- Review and optimize the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams for project delivery
- Prepare and maintain implementation documentation
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement
