- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement interventions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and product reviews.
- Manage the renewal process and address queries.
- Develop documentation and success plans for customers.
- Qualify inbound leads and support sales activities.
