Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6–10 years of experience in customer relationships
  • Understanding of AML, KYC, CDD regulations
  • Knowledge of SaaS deployment and data security
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships across Singapore and APAC
  • Guide onboarding and adoption of Quantifind’s platform
  • Drive renewals and expansions with clients
  • Champion the voice of APAC clients internally
  • Build scalable processes for customer engagement
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams
  • Travel to meet clients as needed
