Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6–10 years of experience in customer relationships
- Understanding of AML, KYC, CDD regulations
- Knowledge of SaaS deployment and data security
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships across Singapore and APAC
- Guide onboarding and adoption of Quantifind’s platform
- Drive renewals and expansions with clients
- Champion the voice of APAC clients internally
- Build scalable processes for customer engagement
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams
- Travel to meet clients as needed
