Responsibilities
- Develop regional customer success strategies.
- Engage customers during pre-sales.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects.
- Define success metrics and track performance.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Manage financial reporting and P&L.
