  • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop regional customer success strategies.
  • Engage customers during pre-sales.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Define success metrics and track performance.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage financial reporting and P&L.
