Core Requirements

  • Proficiency in operating CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cleaning up and organizing customer data in the CRM system
  • Manage free sign-up clients on the platform
  • Conduct outreach to upsell services to existing clients
  • Resolve Freshdesk tickets efficiently
  • Assist in clearing billing backlogs and processing orders
  • Set up Quarterly Catch Up meetings with clients
  • Communicate effectively with free sign-up clients through email campaigns
