  • Monitor drivers’ performance.
  • Conduct daily check-ins on drivers.
  • Support drivers during transit.
  • Solve issues drivers encounter.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Conduct driver surveys.
  • Compile data from surveys.
