Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Retailer clients.
  • Deliver clear and concise analyses and reports.
  • Monitor service delivery KPIs with Client Service teams.
  • Maintain communication with account teams and management.
  • Organize content for the Resource Library.
  • Support senior management in developing case studies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
