  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer deployment of the CashFlo platform
  • Configure integrations and environment setups
  • Drive fast go-live and post-deployment support
  • Act as primary technical point of contact for customers
  • Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical inputs
  • Handle L1/L2 production support for reported issues
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer experiences
