- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency in Java - SpringBoot/Python, Postgres
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer deployment of the CashFlo platform
- Configure integrations and environment setups
- Drive fast go-live and post-deployment support
- Act as primary technical point of contact for customers
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical inputs
- Handle L1/L2 production support for reported issues
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer experiences
