Core Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical field
  • 2+ years of technical software support experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Respond to digital customer engagement strategies.
  • Engage customers showing low product adoption.
  • Identify and rectify reasons for low NPS and CSAT scores.
  • Provide advice and facilitate virtual workshop sessions.
  • Act as a technical resource for the Sales Team.
  • Manage At-Risk clients proactively.
  • Create customer-facing content to promote adoption.
