Core Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome
- High School diploma
- Experience in BPO preferred
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum)
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming chats and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries via chats
- Provide product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document information according to SOPs
- Complete all chat logs
- Update customer profiles in the system
