Responsibilities

  • Provide backend support to the sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
  • Efficiently process customer orders
  • Expedite orders and update customers on shipments
  • Manage open orders to meet customer requirements
  • Advise customers on schedules and discrepancies
  • Follow up on critical orders for on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics for shipping
  • Maintain general filing systems
