1-4 years of experience in customer service

Responsibilities

Provide backend support to the sales team
Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
Efficiently process customer orders
Expedite orders and update customers on shipments
Manage open orders to meet customer requirements
Advise customers on schedules and discrepancies
Follow up on critical orders for on-time delivery
Coordinate with logistics for shipping
Maintain general filing systems
