Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Manage the Palazzo Club Desk and assist with membership enrollment.
  • Attend daily briefings for updates and information sharing.
  • Meet and greet players on the Palazzo Club floor.
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns.
  • Conduct telemarketing programs based on CRM lists.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer accounts.
