Responsibilities
- Understand assigned business challenges in depth.
- Conduct research to support hypotheses.
- Perform interviews with Customer Operations staff.
- Analyze findings and prepare presentations.
- Ensure completion of reports by assignment end.
- Collaborate in teams to propose solutions.
- Present findings to senior leadership.
