- Provide integration and technical support for Irdeto products
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders effectively
- Liaise with clients and internal teams for problem resolution
- Assist customers with system upgrades and configuration changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Manage incidents via ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes
