Core Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in customer experience or analysis
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles
  • Experience in e-logistics or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer journeys and evaluate touchpoints
  • Develop initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams for data accuracy
  • Analyze survey data to understand customer needs
  • Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Design CX governance framework
  • Coordinate responsibilities across departments
