Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders in SAP software
  • Ensure product delivery meets customer requirements
  • Invoice customers based on pricing quotes
  • Handle returns and invoice corrections
  • Provide phone and email support to customers
  • Log order and logistics complaints
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for customer inquiries
