Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface for customer spare part inquiries
  • Cooperate with various teams on spare part claims process
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes for spare parts orders
  • Handle order management for spare parts and field service offers
  • Support the team with reports and work instructions
  • Assist in the overall customer service process
  • Engage with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
