Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy for Franchise Management Platform.
  • Manage enhancements of the Franchisee Management System.
  • Ensure timely delivery of new product features.
  • Collaborate with project managers to meet product milestones.
  • Communicate product progress and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT and vendors for system support.
