- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or IT
- 2-3 years in CRM/Data Administration
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in CRM and Email Marketing tools
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system.
- Manage user permissions and system health.
- Execute data-driven marketing segmentation.
- Monitor CRM health and customer behavior.
- Provide technical support for internal stakeholders.
- Deliver analytical reports on KPIs and campaign performance.
- Optimize CRM workflows and system usage.
