Responsibilities
- Evaluate corporate borrowers' compliance with credit agreements
- Interpret legal documents related to credit agreements
- Perform credit analysis and monitor compliance
- Calculate cash flow and leverage ratios
- Develop expertise in secured lending products
- Prioritize credit agreements for review
- Train and guide junior team members
