Core Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/ Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Telco industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in process enhancements
Responsibilities
- Release credit blocks in the system
- Collaborate with IT on system enhancements
- Handle shared mailbox for internal inquiries
- Manage ad-hoc data extraction
- Review weekly audit reports
- Perform routine reviews of consumer reports
- Conduct monthly invoice reconciliation
