Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly DSO budget and KPI targets.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable balances.
  • Identify and escalate delinquent debts.
  • Monitor customer credit limits.
  • Assess credit worthiness of new clients.
  • Handle disputed bills and negotiate payments.
  • Prepare Reminder Letters for payments.
