Core Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in retail or ecommerce.
- 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in leadership and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brand partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Oversee pre- and post-sales processes.
- Lead and develop the local team.
- Manage day-to-day operations for flash sales.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
