Core Requirements
- 6 - 12 PQE experience
- High-level education, preferably overseas
- Experience in law firms and in-house
- Regional expertise in Asia and the Middle-East
- Ability to manage stakeholders across regions
Responsibilities
- Support expansion of product lines in multiple countries.
- Provide commercial contract support.
- Negotiate key partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Train on trade, bribery, sanctions, and privacy initiatives.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with governmental bodies and compliance teams.
