Responsibilities

  • Manage total cost of projects for clients.
  • Deliver Quantity Surveying services from design to completion.
  • Administer contracts and manage cost planning.
  • Produce monthly cost reports.
  • Conduct market surveys for commercial aspects.
  • Interface with clients and other consultants at all stages.
  • Monitor and verify claims and payments.
