Core Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Economics
- 4-10 years of experience in cost management
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS software
- Familiar with construction industries in Vietnam
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Manage total cost of projects for clients.
- Deliver Quantity Surveying services from design to completion.
- Administer contracts and manage cost planning.
- Produce monthly cost reports.
- Conduct market surveys for commercial aspects.
- Interface with clients and other consultants at all stages.
- Monitor and verify claims and payments.
