Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years in cost accounting
- 2+ years in a management role
- CPA or CA certification
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team within the Cost Accounting department.
- Support the maintenance of internal controls.
- Manage asset accounting in inventory.
- Review cost analysis and COGS reports.
- Analyze cost drivers and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Set team goals aligned with financial objectives.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.
