Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop annual and mid-term business plans
- Prepare PL budgets and merchandising budgets
- Conduct profitability analysis by brand and channel
- Monitor variance between actual vs. budget
- Track KPIs for revenue and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to financial control standards
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices
