- Support commercial negotiations and deals.
- Advise on privacy and data protection.
- Engage in ESG and governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Develop legal tech solutions.
- Prepare clients for growth, investment, and exit.
