Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical support.
- Respond to escalated technical inquiries.
- Manage site investigations as necessary.
- Develop resolutions for product issues.
- Coordinate with sales and learning teams for training.
- Conduct customized training for local teams.
- Manage local lab tests in support of new products.
