Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter or content writer
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Experience with social media content
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Create and establish new articles in dual languages
- Develop and implement SOP flows for article management
- Maintain and amend existing articles
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of articles
- Analyze user traffic patterns for improvement
- Monitor knowledgebase metrics for enhancements
- Develop end-to-end journey establishment
