- Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Licensed Philippine Civil Engineer
- 10 years of maritime engineering experience
- 5 years in an engineering consultancy
- Project management experience
Responsibilities
- Develop port master plans and feasibility studies
- Plan and engineer complex projects
- Contribute to digitalization of port development
- Engage with global maritime teams
- Contribute to proposal writing
- Perform client audits and workshops
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations
