Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 2-5 years experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Knowledge of related modules/sub-modules.
- Experience with cloud or on-premise solutions.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 AMS support.
- Troubleshoot production incidents.
- Perform problem management and root cause analysis.
- Lead discussions on solution design.
- Maintain documentation per established standards.
- Support project teams in deliverables.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
