Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in technology or data analytics.
- Experience with advanced analytical models and tools.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with AML/AFC compliance risks.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain data infrastructure for optimal data extraction.
- Deliver high-quality data pipelines for model building.
- Monitor data quality and implement optimization processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to assess data suitability for models.
- Support Data Scientists in model development and testing.
- Conduct independent validation of AFC/AML models.
- Prepare reports on model performance for senior management.
