Responsibilities
- Develop compliance frameworks and policies
- Provide strategic regulatory compliance advice
- Partner with internal stakeholders to promote compliance culture
- Manage internal investigations and regulatory inquiries
- Monitor regulatory trends and update training
- Collaborate with external counsel and auditors
- Support the General Counsel on compliance initiatives
