Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with work hour regulations.
- Identify agents at risk of violating COC.
- Validate agents' schedules and adherence.
- Send reports on COC updates to operations.
- Follow up on compliance reports with teams.
- Assist in logging out agents breaching COC.
- Collaborate with departments to validate data.
