  • Implement C&B operations for the HR department.
  • Process payroll for expatriate teachers.
  • Handle operational reward processes and healthcare packages.
  • Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) for employees.
  • Prepare and submit tax reports for compliance.
  • Monitor turnover and retention rates.
  • Collaborate on HRIS and training for regulatory updates.
