Core Requirements

  • Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
  • Experience in eldercare preferred
  • Comfortable working with seniors
  • Ability to work across multiple locations

Responsibilities

  • Assess and meet volunteer needs through recruitment and training.
  • Implement and monitor compliance to volunteer policies.
  • Plan and develop Senior Volunteerism programme.
  • Support Volunteer Leadership Programme.
  • Organise volunteer recognition and engagement activities.
  • Engage stakeholders to coordinate volunteer initiatives.
  • Review and evaluate volunteer management policies.
  • Source and build partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Manage delivery of communication plans for community projects.
