- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
- Establish relationships with staffing agencies.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with staffing partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct vendor reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop demand forecasts for contingent labor.
