Core Requirements
- Junior Middle School graduate or above.
- Minimum 2 years as a Cook or 1 year as Commis II.
- Possess a valid health certificate.
- Good knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine.
- Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food efficiently and hygienically.
- Support Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Implement high-quality food and beverage products.
- Maintain HACCP standards.
- Use kitchen equipment and tools appropriately.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Respond to guest feedback effectively.
